We’re partnered with a well‑established international bank currently undergoing a significant digital transformation programme, with a key focus on enhancing their customer onboarding capabilities.
They are looking to appoint a Senior T24 Techno‑Functional Consultant to play a critical role in delivering end‑to‑end digital onboarding journeys, working across core banking, digital channels, and third‑party integrations.
This is a hands‑on role, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise and business understanding across onboarding processes and customer journeys.
Key responsibilities and qualifications
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end digital onboarding journeys across web and mobile channels
- Lead development and integration within Temenos T24 for customer creation and account opening
- Define and implement KYC/KYB workflows, including verification, screening, and risk checks
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Drive integration with third‑party providers (e.g. eKYC, AML, document verification)
- Support UAT, testing, and go‑live activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Strong experience with Temenos T24 / Transact (TAFC/TAFJ, OFS, integrations)
- Proven experience in techno‑functional roles within banking or fintech
- Experience integrating T24 with APIs and third‑party systems
- Exposure to customer onboarding, account opening, or KYC processes
- Ability to work across both technical delivery and business stakeholders
- Experience with digital banking platforms is beneficial
