Senior Estimator to lead the formwork division for a Tier 1 contractor with multi‑billion‑dollar projects across healthcare, transit, high‑rise and mixed‑use developments. The role involves pricing, strategy, bid influence and driving project wins.
Responsibilities
- Large‑scale commercial & institutional builds
- Complex concrete structures
- High‑density formwork packages
- High‑value tenders where precision matters
Requirements
- Deep, hands‑on experience in formwork estimation
- Ability to step in and deliver from day one
- Strong technical understanding of drawings & sequencing
- Solid grasp of labour, materials & logistics
- Desire to grow into leadership within a top‑tier contractor
