Contracts Manager – Underpinning & Piling

Our client is a Specialist Piling Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Underrpinning Contracts Manager who can lead with expertise within the field. They are a subsidiary of a group Parent company and have a national presence. Due to the workload, they now require somebody who has worked for a Piling contractor with minipiling experience or purely has underpinning experience working for a specialist contractor.

About the Role

• With your previous knoledge of underpinning lead a team in delivering cost effective work
• Manage from the top in a very professional manner
• Deal with client to ensure that they are happy with the underpinning service provided
• Managing multiple underpinning contracts at any one time

About the Candidate

• You will be expected to have knowledge of underpinning from previous employment
• You will be a good team player
• Have excellent time keeping
• Experience in management of similar projects
