NPD / Product Development Manager role within exciting UK family owned food brand

Location: East Riding of Yorkshire

• They are now seeking an NPD Manager to drive further success across the product range
• This person will lead new and existing product development (NPD & EPD) bringing the product pipeline to life

The role:

• We are seeking an experienced Product Development manager to lead the development of NPD and improve the existing range
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure innovation plans are delivered in line with business strategy
• Develop product concepts and manage the innovation pipeline
• Staying up to date with food trends and translate insights into relevant product concepts
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with sales, marketing operations and technical teams
• NPD experience within an FMCG environment
• Experience of developing a product pipeline
• Knowledge of the stage gate process
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A proactive self-starter, able to work equally well whether part of a team or self sufficiently
• Organised and time management
• Commercially minded
• A passionate foodie with creative flair!
