The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients get maximum value from the Teleleo platform.

In this role, you will work closely with customers after onboarding, helping them successfully adopt the product, integrate it into their workflows and achieve their goals.

You will play a key role in customer retention, product adoption and long‑term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through setup and platform usage
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and build strong long‑term relationships
  • Ensure customers successfully use Teleleo services (SIM access, OTP, messaging, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion and account growth
  • Monitor customer activity and proactively address issues or risks
  • Collect customer feedback and work closely with the product team
  • Support renewals, subscriptions and long‑term partnerships
  • Help improve onboarding flows and customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management or client relations
  • Experience working with SaaS, telecom or technology products
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
  • Highly organized, proactive and customer‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with telecom, messaging, eSIM or travel‑tech products
  • Experience managing B2B or international clients
  • Understanding of subscription‑based products
  • Background in sales support or account management
