Property Management Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join us in Manchester.

Compensation: Realistic OTE of £36,000-£41,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing team through coaching, training and development.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and team growth while championing motivation and recognition.
• Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with a passion for people and property.
• Organised, empathetic and solutions‑focused.
• Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent.
• Experienced in residential property management.
• Strong team leadership and development skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energized.
