We are looking for a highly motivated Administration Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide efficient secretarial, administrative and managerial support for the administrative team and liaise with members of the public and professionals, both in primary and secondary care services.
- Ensure patients and all contacts to the service are dealt with in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner.
- Deal with confidential, contentious and urgent material proactively in a sensitive and professional way, liaising with the appropriate manager.
- Develop effective relationships with team members to enable productive and effective working across the team.
- Use e‑procurement to purchase goods and services for the Adult Psychology Service, including maintaining financial spreadsheets and authorising payments within budget constraints.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required; the Trust will cover the cost. DBS subscribers may present a valid DBS certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and a good level of IT literacy.
- Experience in managing an administrative team is preferred.
- Applicants requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are ineligible for this position.
