The Product Owner (Finance Transformation) is a key member of the Technology Product Team at POL, accountable for driving the successful evolution of POL’s core finance system whether through a major upgrade of the existing platform or the implementation of a new solution.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day product management of the CFS (Core Finance System) initiative and will work closely with internal finance, data, transformation and procurement teams, as well as external delivery partners. The Product Owner will lead the definition, documentation, and prioritisation of user stories, including the creation of clear and detailed acceptance criteria.
A critical part of this role is ensuring that development teams, integration workstreams, and third‑party suppliers can deliver to an agreed transformation roadmap and a phased roll‑out plan covering design, build, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
