You will lead schemes from concept through to delivery, managing design quality, technical output and consultant coordination. The role requires strong Revit capability and hands‑on involvement across all RIBA stages, contributing to planning submissions and detailed construction packages.

The studio operates collaboratively with a strong emphasis on design integrity, craftsmanship and technical delivery. Projects are supported by BIM workflows, with a focus on detailed private residential developments and coordinated project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining design intent
- Produce coordinated Revit models and drawing packages
- Manage consultant coordination and technical resolution
- Oversee client communication and project expectations
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications and construction information
- Support planning submissions and attend site meetings
Qualifications
- Qualified Architect with ARB registration
- Minimum three years post‑qualification experience
- Strong Revit proficiency with BIM delivery experience
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and detailing standards
- Experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Strong communication and coordination skills
