About the Role
Development Lead leading a scrum team responsible for e‑commerce integrations and platform scalability.
- Lead technical direction and scrum ceremonies for the e‑commerce integration team.
- Support the team's technical and personal growth through regular feedback and mentorship.
- Collaborate with group engineering managers, product managers, QA, infrastructure and other business functions to plan, deliver, and maintain high‑quality work by stipulated deadlines.
- Ship code to production early and ship it often with automated deployments.
- Ensure customer success by rigorously applying security across the development lifecycle.
- Maintain platform performance handling large datasets, high throughput and 24/7 uptime.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience integrating with e‑commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools.
- Prior experience in high‑performance, big‑data environments (optional but advantageous).
