Air Conditioning Supervisor
Location: Peterborough (PE1 5XL) covering surrounding area (up to 1.5-hour radius)
Salary: Up to £50,000
We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join a growing team, managing 5 engineers while supporting the Project Manager. This Air Conditioning Supervisor role offers a clear progression path into a Project Manager position.
Overview
- 60% office / 40% site-based
- Mix of maintenance, installs & project work
- Industrial HVAC focus (VRV/VRF, AHUs, cold rooms)
- 65% AC / 35% refrigeration split
- Team of 20-25 staff
- The Air Conditioning Supervisor will oversee engineers and support project delivery
Requirements
- Strong industrial AC/refrigeration background
- Experience with VRV/VRF, AHUs or cold rooms
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Suitable for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor or step‑up candidate
