Responsibilities
- Own and deliver network design across complex environments, with a hands‑on focus on routing, switching, and overall network architecture
- Lead technical delivery and ensure high‑quality implementation across projects
- Drive and maintain technical standards, best practices, and design consistency
- Provide senior technical leadership within a small engineering team
- Shape future network designs, processes, and technical direction
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Strong experience in network engineering across routing, switching, and design
- Cisco‑focused background
- CCNA certification required (lapsed CCNP acceptable)
- Experience operating in a senior, hands‑on technical role
- Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with an initial office‑based onboarding period
- Based in or able to work across the South of England
