Senior Treasury Analyst, Global Treasury Operations

THE WORK:
As the Treasury team expands internationally, we are seeking a versatile, analytical, and collaborative Senior Analyst to join Ripple’s growing Treasury team. You will take part in all facets of global treasury operations and contribute to projects that advance the company’s infrastructure growth. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will support all global treasury activities and collaborate daily with diverse team members and Ripple’s partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Payment Processing: Prepare, assess, and record cash flow transactions. Ensure adequate liquidity to meet global financial obligations and own critical business reporting.
- Global Bank Account Management: Own global account and exchange management, including opening/closing accounts, portal administration, KYC, signatory updates, and FBAR Reporting.
- Treasury Systems: Help maintain and operate the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring accurate data entry, daily bank feed integrity, and overall system functionality.
- Assist the crypto operations team by preparing and analyzing cash positions. Provide digital asset funding and ensure liquidity meets wallet and funding obligations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Provide hands-on support to Accounting, Fin. Ops, Tax, Compliance, and Crypto Ops as it relates to Treasury matters.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years of multifaceted experience in a Global Treasury function.
- Proven experience with domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to rapidly respond to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proven track record of being proactive and self‑directed.
