As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that Ofsted requirements are met and exceeded while empowering your team to deliver outstanding care.

Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care to young people and developing a strong, motivated team.
✅ Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
- Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
- Strong leadership & team-building skills
✨ Desirable Qualities
- ✔️ Experience leading Ofsted inspections
- ✔️ Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child-focused environment
- ✔️ A drive to exceed Ofsted standards and continuously improve care quality
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Support & Develop your staff, fostering a positive and nurturing work culture
- Build & Maintain strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders
- Ensure Safeguarding & Compliance with Ofsted, submitting required documentation
- Drive Continuous Improvement – ensuring outstanding care for every young person
