This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a childcare company that truly values Early Years and operates to a higher standard than many nurseries in the area.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery
- Ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding in line with EYFS
- Support and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the local community
- Support the Director with occupancy growth, staffing and operational excellence
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
We are looking for someone who
- Is an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Is passionate about Early Years and high-quality childcare
- Has strong leadership and team development skills
- Wants to be part of a nursery where their ideas and experience will be valued
