What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant at JDRoss Energy, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term success.
Your responsibilities
- Building and nurturing strategic client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Converting strong candidate relationships into valuable client partnerships.
- Providing market expertise and insights to advise clients beyond recruitment.
- Influencing clients confidently through every stage of the hiring process.
- Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and identify new business opportunities.
- Managing challenges with confidence, proactively mitigating potential risks before they escalate.
Who You Are
- Fluent in French or German (essential), with excellent English communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of your market and a hunger to grow your desk.
- Able to build trust, deliver results, and think beyond short-term wins.
