You will start with a week long, one to one induction with a Director, to introduce you to the Company and how we work, including formal sales training and psychologic studies to understand candidates. Through your 6 week training and development program, you will learn how to find better business opportunities, sell effectively and interview candidates to understand what really makes motivates them. You will be encouraged to improve every day, under the guidance of a Leadership team that have a proven track record of creating successful Consultants and Business Leaders over the last decade.
