740N0L RN Clinical Market Float Pool – Maryview Medical Center

Roles may include float to Mary Immaculate Hospital, Maryview Medical Center, Harbour View Medical Center and Southampton Medical Center, with up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus available.

Job Summary

The RN Clinical Float Pool assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for the organization, including those for patient assessment and transfer. The primary function of this job, based on hiring tier, is to be available and flexible to float to various departments and sites throughout the markets within the organization to provide patient care, which could include but is not limited to scheduling day‑of staffing, multiple assignment locations within a single shift, travel assignments, or seasonal staffing patterns. The RN works as a member of the health‑care team in cooperation with and under the direction of a clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse.
