Job Role
The Shift Maintenance Engineer will join a blue chip manufacturer within the FMCG industry, working on a fully automated, world-class production site in Stratford. In this role you will maintain and improve state‑of‑the‑art machinery, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance within a high‑performing engineering team. Non‑Negotiable Requirements
- Must be a Multi‑Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
- Must have experience working within an FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environment
- Must hold a recognised Engineering Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
Essential Requirements
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills
- Experience with PLC systems and high‑speed production equipment
- Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working on fully automated production lines
- Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles
