We are now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations while delivering excellent service and performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
- Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, and stock control
- Ensure all operations are delivered in line with health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards
- Drive performance through effective planning, resource management, and colleague engagement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using DHL Supply Chain principles
- Complete people management activities including performance reviews, absence management, and discipline where required
This Role Would Suit People Who
- Proven experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or distribution environment - at least 2yrs experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs, ideally within FMCG or retail supply chain
- Confident leadership style with the ability to engage, coach, and develop people
- Good working knowledge of health & safety and food safety requirements
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
