TXM Recruit is currently seeking a Refrigeration Technical Support Manager to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies. This role will focus on leading their Refrigeration and MER (Mechanical & Electrical Refrigeration) support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team delivering MER support.
- Develop MER Technical Advisors (TAs) to become RIHCS and HVAC-aware, improving triage and issue resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, including the teams shift patterns, workloads, and performance.
- Promote strong team engagement and support continuous professional development.
- Conduct repeat call analysis, root‑cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Produce clear reporting for a wide range of stakeholders.
Salary: up to £55,000, depending on experience.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Refrigeration
- F-Gas Category 1 certification
- Proven background in commercial refrigeration or HVAC maintenance
- Prior experience managing a small team/s
