Electrical Project Manager Opportunity - Healthcare Sector - Maidstone, Kent

We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected M&E contractor who specialise in delivering complex projects within the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth and the recent award of 2.5 years' worth of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a long-term basis in Maidstone.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on specialist care home facilities, delivering high-quality projects for nationally recognised main contractors.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages across multiple healthcare projects. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing electrical packages on healthcare projects from start to finish
• Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Managing project programmes, budgets, and resources
• Leading site teams and ensuring quality delivery
• Attending client and site meetings, providing regular progress updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E contracting
• Strong background delivering healthcare or similar complex projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
• Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)
