We’re partnering with a Private Equity–backed organisation embarking on a critical exit readiness programme, and we’re seeking a high-impact Process Improvement Specialist to drive transformation across their credit control and order-to-cash function.
This is a 6–9 month interim assignment with immediate visibility and influence, where your ability to deliver tangible cash outcomes and operational improvements will directly support the business’s valuation journey.
This is not a BAU role it’s a hands‑on transformation brief for someone who can assess, design, and execute at pace within a PE environment.
You’ll take ownership of diagnosing current‑state inefficiencies and leading the redesign of credit control processes end-to-end. Working closely with finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you’ll bring structure, pace, and accountability to improve cash performance and embed sustainable best practice.
