YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Consultant in HR Technology and Functional Processes Oracle HR Technology, you will be instrumental in delivering transformative HR solutions for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, HR policy, and compliance with government regulations (where relevant).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Lead specific workstreams such as functional, testing, process, data migration, or integration.
- Support the design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across multiple modules.
- Advise clients on HR best practices, operating models, and compliance frameworks within the public sector.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical, change, testing) to support the delivery of end‑to‑end transformation programs from discovery through deployment.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption strategies to ensure long‑term success and value for the client.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership.
YOUR PROFILE
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including hands‑on configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, public sector HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in full‑cycle Oracle implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Demonstrates agility, innovation, a collaborative and continuous‑improvement mindset in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles, including business analysis and functional consulting, in line with our delivery model.
- Support broader transformation initiatives beyond platform‑specific implementations, including operating model design, business case development, business change, and stakeholder engagement.
Optional Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (preferred).
- SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (required for government projects).
- Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry, with a consulting background.
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre‑existing relationships, company relationships, and your own network to help with revenue generation.
