We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as a Senior Account Manager.

In this role, you build strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for Brand and Design services. You’ll oversee projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time and aligned with both creative and commercial objectives.

You will also lead the Accounts team, prioritising workloads, optimising workflows and proactively addressing risks to ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects. You’ll also leverage data and performance insights to monitor progress and report on team performance. Driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and supporting the development of the wider team through mentorship and collaboration are key responsibilities of the role.

EMR has a hybrid working policy which is applicable for this role. This means the role can be based at home 2-3 days per week and on site 2-3 days per week. Should you wish to work full time on site, this is also an option.
