Responsibilities
- A Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who is able to start in early May (subject to vetting), mid-May latest.
- Able to demonstrate that you have managed and delivered end-to-end campaigns in STEM disciplines (engineering preferred) and recruited at least 120 professional/specialist hires directly per year with minimal agency support
- Willing, and able, to commute to Manchester and/or Warrington and spend at least one full day in the office every week with the rest of the team
- Capable of showing the highest levels of candidate and hiring team care and engagement
