Field Sales Executive – X3 Headcount

Base salary of £28,000 plus limitless commission (OTE £45k+). Car allowance of £3,000 and 45p per mile.

Location patch: Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Ashbourne, Stone & Uttoxeter.

Brief

Field Sales Executives are required for a large full‑fibre broadband provider. The successful candidate will enjoy direct selling and finding solutions for customers, as well as being comfortable with door‑to‑door sales.

What the role entails

  • Serve as the face of the client and generate leads and interest in your area.
  • Reach out to communities, demonstrating the benefits of the product and how it enhances their lives.
  • Deliver broadband consultations to customers and upsell.
  • Build rapport and “wow” customers with the product.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
  • Become an expert in the product (excellent training given).
  • Network, host, and contribute to events in your area.
  • Exceed your own sales targets.
  • Build trust, best practice, and customer service.
  • Deliver the company’s KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Useful backgrounds include Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Retail/Utilities Sales, or any Customer Sales role.
  • Enjoy direct selling and finding solutions for customers.
  • Astute, confident, professional, polite, and happy working individually and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales.
  • Passion for a life‑changing product and service.
  • Field, door‑to‑door sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Possess a car and have a full, clean driving licence (all business mileage paid).
