Site Agent (Energy)

Overview

Site Agent (Energy Division) – South Wales (Travel Required). Permanent salary + benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and package of works on a high‑profile scheme in the energy sector. Report to the Project Manager and assist site supervisors by effectively communicating project requirements.
• Proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.

Qualifications – Essential

• Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.
• CSCS card relevant to role
• SMSTS
• Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.
• Flexible and willing to travel

Qualifications – Desirable

• Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
• Crane Appointed Person
• HSG47 Underground Services Programming and planning experience
• Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
• First Aid Energy experience
