Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining Kingston College as safe, well‑maintained and welcoming for students, staff and visitors.
- Take part in day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating, while recording and tracking jobs through the helpdesk system.
- Support visiting contractors and conduct regular building checks to identify and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in carrying out a range of practical maintenance tasks.
- Working knowledge of heating, fire or security systems is desirable.
- Relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ) is desirable but not essential.
- Organisation, proactive work style, ability to manage workload, work well with others, and strong communication skills.
