Commercial Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and contractual delivery of a minor works / facilities management framework, overseeing multiple small to medium‑value projects delivered through a diverse supply chain.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing commercial delivery across multiple minor works projects
• Controlling budgets, forecasts, variations, and final accounts
• Reviewing contractor quotations and ensuring value for money
• Supporting procurement and negotiating commercial terms
• Administering NEC / JCT contracts and managing change control
• Producing cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates
• Acting as the key commercial interface with clients and delivery partners

What we’re looking for

• Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor background
• Experience with minor works or FM frameworks
• Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
• RICS or equivalent professional membership (preferred)
