Michael Page have registered a new exciting Permanent Complaints Manager Position in Leeds to work for a reputable and progressive Law Firm.

Description

As a Complaints Handler you will be the central point of contact and investigate any complaints coming into the business. You will log each case, correspond with the customer throughout, and handle the case effectively to avoid escalation.

You will correspond with customers over letter, phone, and email, support with tracking data, and provide analysis of complaints looking at ways to improve service and procedures.
