Salary: £25,054.52 (Pro-rated for part-time hours)

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an ESOL Administrator to join the ESOL area, contributing to ensuring learners receive an outstanding college experience.
  • The ESOL department is an exceptional place to work, with staff working collaboratively to achieve the very best outcomes for our students.
  • This role also offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to learners studying English as a second language.
  • Main duties include: providing administrative support to the ESOL area and offering information and advice to existing and potential students.

Requirements

  • Level 2 literacy and numeracy (or willingness to achieve)
  • A qualification in Business Administration
  • Significant experience of working in a busy environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility
