Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is central to our operations, supporting customers, processing orders, and delivering outstanding service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle product and pricing enquiries
  • Prepare quotations and complete take-offs from customer plans
  • Arrange samples, brochures, and POS materials
  • Liaise with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) team to provide support
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from merchants, installers, architects, and the public
  • Provide product, pricing, and technical information
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Benefits / Work Conditions

Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm). Salary: Competitive (TBC).
