We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager at New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. This is a temporary maternity cover role; however, there could be potential opportunities throughout the company after this period.

  • Oversee the entire Food & Beverage department, including the Restaurant and Conference & Banquet departments, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered.
  • Manage, support and guide a vibrant and diverse team to create magical memories for all guests.
  • Exhibit hospitality professionalism, making each guest feel special, and motivate team members to do the same.
  • Share outstanding knowledge of food and drink through regular training and development.
  • Make clear, confident decisions, consulting with others where needed to reach common goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business financials, including labour costs, forecasting and budgets.
  • Show excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with stamina and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

About You

  • Previous Food & Beverage management experience within a multi‑outlet 4/5 Star luxury hotel is required.
  • Experience in effectively managing large‑scale conferences, banquets and weddings.
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, confident in offering wine pairings.
  • Proven experience in managing, coaching and developing teams, with a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent rapport‑building skills with colleagues and guests.
  • Professional, organised and friendly with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create memories.
