The Role

You’ll take ownership of M&E packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Managing electrical and mechanical packages on healthcare schemes
• Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and specialist subcontractors
• Driving programme, quality, and compliance across all MEP elements
• Reviewing designs, technical submissions, and ensuring buildability
• Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Attending regular site meetings and reporting on progress

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an M&E / Building Services Project Manager
• Strong electrical or mechanical bias (or well-balanced both)
• Experience delivering healthcare or technically complex projects preferred
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programmes forward
• Strong understanding of commissioning and handover processes

The Package

• Salary: £75,000 – £80,000
