We work with brands like Tesco, Currys, Just Eat, Peroni and Universal Pictures, creating content that earns attention and drives real business impact.

We have scaled rapidly in Ireland & the UK and looking for someone to join a young motivated agency to help us continue in our growth!

The Role

We are hiring a New Business & Growth Director to drive growth in the UK market. This is a high impact role focused on building pipeline, opening doors and converting opportunities into revenue. You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping how Simply Social grows in London. We are looking for someone who brings energy, pace and commercial drive.

What you’ll do

Build Pipeline

  • Proactively identify and open opportunities with brands across the UK
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of high quality opportunities

Own Outreach

  • Lead outbound efforts through networking, introductions and targeted outreach
  • Build relationships with senior marketing decision makers

Drive Opportunities

  • Qualify briefs properly and focus on the right work
  • Lead early stage conversations and shape opportunities into strong pitches

Work With Leadership

  • Partner with strategy, creative and production teams to position work commercially
  • Help shape how we present ourselves in the UK market

Create Momentum

  • Bring urgency and energy to new business
  • Help push the agency forward commercially

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 to 7 years experience in new business or growth roles within agencies
  • Strong network across UK brands or the ability to build one quickly
  • Commercially sharp and confident turning conversations into revenue
  • Comfortable leading early stage pitch conversations
  • Experience in social, creative, digital or production led agencies
  • Proactive, persistent and enjoys the chase
  • Most importantly you bring drive. This role is about momentum not maintenance.
