We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to join us at a key stage of growth.

This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role — you’ll be responsible for opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals. If you’re motivated by targets, ownership, and earning potential, this role is built for you.

What you’ll do

  • Win new business across hospitality, spa, retail, and manufacturing
  • Leverage your existing network to generate opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing
  • Deliver against clear revenue targets
  • Negotiate profitable, commercially sound deals

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record in new business sales
  • Strong network in hospitality, spa, or manufacturing
  • Confident closer with a commercial mindset
  • Self-sufficient, driven, and accountable

The role
