We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to join us at a key stage of growth.
This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role — you’ll be responsible for opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals. If you’re motivated by targets, ownership, and earning potential, this role is built for you.
What you’ll do
- Win new business across hospitality, spa, retail, and manufacturing
- Leverage your existing network to generate opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing
- Deliver against clear revenue targets
- Negotiate profitable, commercially sound deals
