What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish, coordinating site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. You’ll be central to programme delivery, quality control, and seamless communication across project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and subcontractors with clarity and confidence.
• Keep construction activities aligned with programme milestones.
• Maintain exceptional quality control across workmanship and materials.
• Collaborate closely with Contracts, Engineering, and Design Teams.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
• Identify design issues early and communicate them proactively.

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction project management.
• A degree in Construction/Engineering or a strong trades background.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• A track record of managing people, timelines, and complex project environments.
