Job Description:

PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a Scheduler / Planner to join the Onshore team on a 12 Month basis. This role involves creating, issuing and maintaining the Integrated Operations Plan for the assets within NNS

Details/duties:

  • Be the contact and liaison between Maintenance, Operations and relevant Team Leads ensuring a timely, efficient and quality service
  • Assist Operations with their need for equipment reliability through proactive maintenance
  • Provide maintenance advice to Operations, Projects and Team Leads
  • Maintain accurate backlog status, reporting completions promptly
  • Prepare work packages for planned maintenance activities
  • Improving workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of parts/materials and workforce

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar position within the Oil and Gas sector
  • Educated to at least HND level in Engineering/Maths
  • Experienced in using Primavera 6
  • Experience in preparing work packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
