Job Overview

This is a permanent position averaging 37.5 hours per week, based on an 8‑week rolling rota. The post holder will be scheduled across a full range of shifts, including earlies, days, lates, and nights, as well as weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, managing incoming calls effectively.
• Route calls and provide accurate information.
• Maintain accurate message logs and relay messages promptly to relevant parties.
• Handle multiple phone lines and use switchboard systems.
• Remain calm under pressure.
