Job Overview
This is a permanent position averaging 37.5 hours per week, based on an 8‑week rolling rota. The post holder will be scheduled across a full range of shifts, including earlies, days, lates, and nights, as well as weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, managing incoming calls effectively.
- Route calls and provide accurate information.
- Maintain accurate message logs and relay messages promptly to relevant parties.
- Handle multiple phone lines and use switchboard systems.
- Remain calm under pressure.
