Location: West End, London Start Date: 13th April Hourly Rate: £14ph We are looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to join our client who are a premium brand based in the West End!This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within garment technology, working within a fast-paced and collaborative head office environment.Reporting into the Senior Garment Technologist, you’ll provide efficient administrative and technical support across the menswear product lifecycle, working closely with Technical, Design, Product Development, Buying and Merchandising teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLogging and tracking all sample shipments coming into the businessManaging sample administration, tracking and organisationBooking models and assisting with fit sessions where requiredSupporting the technical team with day-to-day administrationUpdating metadata and internal critical path systemsAssisting with sealing comments and technical documentationLiaising with internal departments and suppliersCarrying out regular store visits to review bulk production and liaise with retailSupporting competitor analysis to ensure the brand remains commercially competitiveWho you areA degree or qualification in Fashion Technology, Design, or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential, or a basic understanding of garment technology and manufacturing techniquesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalTeam player who collaborates with easeStrong organiser who prioritises with ease and understands the importance of excellent time managementThe ability to analyse problems and offer solutionsAttention to detail is key as this is a fast-paced roleAdvanced/Intermediate MS Office skills Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
