About the Role
You’ll be working in‑person in your HQ in London where you will constantly be pushed out of your comfort zone. Responsibilities
- Build the most progressive learning and development opportunity for team members across levels of experience.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and creating programs to address them.
- Create development programs that empower the team to continuously over‑deliver and deliver 7‑star experiences across business areas.

Working Hours & Start Date
Flexible. Monday–Friday we work from our office next to Victoria Station. Remote work is not offered.
