The Opportunity

With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK’s biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia, and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. We are on a mission to revolutionise how customers save and earn money. As a Senior Product Manager, you won’t just execute; you will be the architect of one or more of our product pillars. You will define the “why” and the “what”, bridging the gap between high-level business goals, product strategy and execution.

Working across our product surfaces, with a specific focus on our app, you will lead a cross-functional squad to drive growth. You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into complex data sets, mentoring others, and presenting a compelling vision to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Owning the long‑term vision for your product area, ensuring it aligns with our mission to save customers money while meeting commercial targets.
  • Outcome‑Driven Delivery: Leading a dedicated squad of engineers and designers to ship high‑quality products that move the needle on KPIs, not just “shipped features”.
  • Mentorship & Culture: Acting as a lead within the product org—upskilling teammates and championing best practices in discovery, delivery and AI.
  • User Advocacy: Running sophisticated user research and synthesis to uncover deep‑stated pain points, turning “gut feelings” into validated product opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimising our internal product processes, from how we use AI tools to how we communicate trade‑offs across Ziff Davis brands.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within high‑growth tech environments (e‑commerce or marketplaces preferred). You have a track record of leading complex, multi‑quarter initiatives from discovery to scale.
  • Strategic Mastery: You don’t just follow a roadmap; you build it. You can translate the company’s “North Star” into actionable strategies and defend your prioritisation logic with rigorous data.
  • Advanced Analytics: Deep experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and lifecycle metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention). You are comfortable using data to pivot or kill features when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional storytelling skills. You can navigate a matrixed organisation, managing expectations and building buy‑in across Marketing, Partnerships, Engineering, and Senior Leadership.
  • Technical & Product Depth: Experience managing complex consumer products across iOS, Android, and Web. A deep understanding of the “installable” ecosystem (apps and browser extensions) and the affiliate landscape is highly desirable.
  • Future‑Facing: A proactive approach to Generative AI and emerging tech, with ideas on how to integrate these into the user journey to create a competitive edge. Tangible experience of how you’ve integrated AI into your daily workflow as a product manager—both in terms of how it’s helping you do your job and how it can be used as a potential solution to customer and business problems and opportunities.

Benefits

  • The flexibility to get that perfect work/life balance with hybrid working—especially when balancing work with family or personal commitments.
  • A supportive, inclusive culture; we care about each other, our customers and our planet.
  • Two uninterrupted hours a week dedicated to your personal development.
  • Pension, with employer contributions up to 10%.
  • Subsidised gym membership.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Free lunch from JustEat for Business when you’re in the office.
  • Regular social events.
  • 16 hours volunteering time per year along with donation matching.
  • Enhanced parental leave, with specific support in place for returning to work parents.

Join us at our bright, spacious open‑plan office. Situated in the heart of London, we occupy all three floors of Yeoman House in Clerkenwell. The area is home to a wonderful array of cafés, restaurants, pubs and galleries. For the more adventurous, there’s some of the best street food London has to offer right on our doorstep. We don’t expect you to be in the office every day—there’s plenty of flexibility so you can achieve a great work/life balance.

How to apply: Please submit your application with a covering letter and tell us why you’re excited to apply to VoucherCodes (remember we’ll also have your CV so use this space to tell us what you’re excited about rather than what you’ve already achieved). We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.

We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. If you have a disability or learning difficulty that requires accommodation, please let us know by sending an email to support@vouchercodes.co.uk.
