The Role
We’re appointing two Non-Executive Directors to join our board and help shape VYVE’s strategic direction during a critical growth phase.
This isn’t a name-on-the-letterhead role. We need people who will challenge our thinking, stress-test our strategy, open doors we can’t open alone and bring the kind of experience that only comes from having built, scaled, or governed organisations through exactly the stage we’re entering.
What you’ll do:
- Attend and contribute to quarterly board meetings and ad-hoc strategic sessions
- Provide independent oversight, governance and constructive challenge to the executive team
- Help shape commercial strategy, particularly as we move from MVP to first enterprise clients
- Open your network where it counts – introductions to potential partners, funders, clients, or advisors
- Champion VYVE’s mission externally and act as an ambassador for what we’re building
- Support the CEO and CTO through the decisions that define early-stage growth
What we’re looking for
We’re not after a single profile. We want two or three NEDs whose experience complements each other and fills gaps we know we have.
Backgrounds that would add real value (other strong experience will be seriously considered)
- HR / People Leadership — You’ve led people strategy in mid-to-large organisations and understand what actually moves the needle on employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention. You know the difference between a wellbeing programme that works and one that’s just optics.
- Medical / Clinical — You bring clinical credibility. Whether that’s occupational health, public health, sports science, or health psychology, you understand evidence-based practice and can help us ensure VYVE’s approach is grounded in real science.
- Technology / Health Tech — You’ve built or scaled a tech platform. You understand product-market fit, SaaS metrics, platform architecture decisions, and the realities of growing a tech team from small to serious.
- Public Speaking / Media / Brand — You have a profile. You’re comfortable on stages, on podcasts, in front of cameras. You can help us amplify VYVE’s voice and bring credibility and visibility to our mission in rooms we haven’t reached yet.
- You don’t need to tick every box. If you bring deep expertise in one of these areas and genuine passion for what we’re doing, we want to hear from you.
