Senior Product Manager - London

Company: Easol

Location: London

Posted: April 20th, 2026

Easol is the operating system for the Experience Commerce market. Our ambition is bold: to become the category leader in a $300bn+ space. We power professional experience creators with a fully integrated platform that brings together website, booking engine, payments, sales & marketing tools, operations, and data & insight – all underpinned by AI. Easol enables enterprise creators to streamline, scale and transform their businesses through a single, end‑to‑end system.

Today, we focus on two core verticals: Music, with clients including Coachella, Live Nation and Afro Nation – and Entertainment, with clients including Swingers Crazy Golf and Hijingo. Over the next year, we'll be deepening our product in each vertical and expanding into new segments.

We're a fast‑growing, well‑funded business that has doubled in size in 2025, with a clear pathway to do the same again in 2026. A key pillar of our strategy is building AI‑centric workflows directly into the platform, transforming how creators design, sell and operate their experiences.

About the role

We're hiring our third Senior Product Manager to partner with Engineering and Design in architecting the next generation of Easol, to help drive a key next stage of growth. Within the PM team, you'll own one of our verticals and work with the wider product team to shape the direction of the platform as a whole. You'll move quickly between strategic / commercial thinking and hands‑on discovery / delivery, immersing yourself in the world of our creators, turning complex creator needs into scalable workflows, often building and prototyping with AI to test ideas early. The role requires sharp product judgement, creativity, technical curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What life as a PM at Easol is really like

Working as a Product Manager at Easol is far from a traditional product role. It’s for those who thrive when the work is complex, the expectations are high and the mission is genuinely exciting. For the last three years, we've been a small team operating across the entire platform – from the online booking experience, to reporting and payments, to venue operations. We lead multiple initiatives at once, some in deep discovery, some in active delivery, and priorities can shift fast. We spend real time with creators on calls, on‑site at their experiences, in sales pitches and in service reviews, constantly refining our view of “what an incredible creator experience” means, and ship relentlessly towards it. This is not a 9‑to‑5 role; it requires energy, clarity and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
