Responsibilities
- Inspiring and motivating pupils and staff
- Working alongside a team of fantastic teachers and middle leaders
- Taking responsibility for curriculum, assessment, intervention and staff development (TLR opportunity)
- Stepping up as a middle leader within the school
September 2026 start – Full Time & Permanent
Inner / Outer London MPS1‑UPS3 – £37,870 – £82,496 + TLR
Located in Kingston
Person Specification
- Must have UK QTS
- Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
- A proven track record of strong teaching and raising attainment
- Ready to lead staff, model best practice and drive improvement
- Willing to listen to feedback and work closely with SLT
