A well‑established, family‑run main contractor with a strong presence in the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. With a turnover of circa £40m and a reputation built on long‑term client relationships, this business delivers a steady pipeline of secured work across the South East.
This role sits within a long‑term social housing refurbishment framework, focused on internal upgrades (kitchens & bathrooms) for a key housing association client.
The Role
- Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations across multiple occupied properties.
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme delivery.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.
- Driving quality control, H&S compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment.
- Strong background delivering kitchen & bathroom (K&B) programmes.
- Experience working in occupied properties.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
