Freelance Site Manager – Student Accommodation Project (Southampton)

Role Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and ensure works are carried out safely and on schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or accommodation projects
• Strong knowledge of H&S and site procedures
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage a busy site with confidence

Rate

Competitive day rate (paid weekly)
