Role Description

The Regional Director role is a leadership position centered on building and facilitating peer-to-peer advisory boards within a defined region.

This involves bringing together carefully selected CEOs, founders, and senior executives into structured groups and guiding them through focused, high-impact board sessions. The role is not about consulting or instructing, but about facilitating powerful discussions, encouraging accountability, and creating an environment where members challenge and support one another.

Regional Directors are responsible for developing and growing their advisory boards, maintaining the quality of the group, and ensuring that each session delivers strategic value to its members.

Working within an established global framework, the role provides the opportunity to build a high-level network, engage with decision-makers across industries, and contribute to the growth and development of other business leaders.
