Colleague Experience Project Manager

As the Colleague Experience (CX) Project Manager, you will lead the execution of the CX Roadmap, bridging strategy and delivery to ensure moments that matter are supported by seamless digital and physical processes.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Delivery: Lead the execution of the CX Roadmap, ensuring all deliverables are on track and aligned with our broader transformation goals.
• Turning Insight into Action: Translate findings from colleague listening groups into actionable plans that measurably improve the colleague lifecycle.
• Product‑Led Evolution: Support our transition to a product‑led HR model, ensuring new system designs are intuitive and meet the needs of our people.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and third‑party partners to ensure collective accountability and success.
• Evidence‑Based Improvement: Establish clear metrics and use a “continued listening” strategy to guide our progress and inform future decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HR Project Management delivering complex initiatives; good understanding of the colleague lifecycle and modern project tools.
• Delivery Focused: Ability to turn a broad vision into a clear, deliverable plan and use data to support recommendations and measure outcomes.
• Relationship Focus: Skilled communicator who builds trust across functions and guides stakeholders toward shared goals.
